Setup your Home Environment


1. Move your computers to a separate room. You should move your computers from your study room to another room, this will help you to focus on your studies rather than on your computer.

2. Move your chargers to the computer room. You should place the chargers and other accessories with your computer.

3. Limit the electronics in your room. Place your Phone, Tablet, Computer and T.V. away from you.
  • There are many peoples who can't get enough sleep, because of their gadgets.

4. Say no to Alarms on weekends.Waking up on your own a few days every week may help you to feel good and more satisfied.
  • A person who get 7 to 8 hours, daily sleep have less stress and are more healthier than the peoples have less sleep. Lack of sleep will reduce the function of your immune system.

1. Treat electronics and Internet as an addiction - When someone likes your photos or thoughts on Facebook, or other social media, results in release of  endorphins, as when alcohol is taken. Are you using the Internet more than 30 hours per week, then you may consider a conversation with an addiction counselor.

2. Ask family members to join your goal to disconnect. Don't force them to do so. Don't force the teenagers to leave the electronics, this will result in defiance in their behaviour. Tell them to leave their electronics, when they are outside of the home.

3. Let's make one night “off-call” work. If you work more than 40 hours per week, suggest that your entire team has an off-call night when they don’t check emails or take work calls. 

4. Search for a place, such as a beach or state park that is cellphone reception free. Spent a few hours a week and enjoy forced disconnectivity.
